Refund Policy

•   Fees paid for counseling, consultation, profile evaluation, application processing, documentation support, or advisory services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
•   Payments made to third parties, including but not limited to universities, colleges, embassies, examination bodies, courier services, or payment gateways, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
•   Refunds, if applicable, will only be considered when:
  • 1.  Pathbridge Consulting LLP is unable to initiate the agreed services due to internal reasons, and
  • 2.  A written refund request is submitted within the specified timeframe.
• Any approved refund will be processed after deducting administrative, processing, and service charges.

Visa & Admission Disclaimer

•   Visa approval, admission decisions, scholarships, and eligibility outcomes are solely governed by universities and immigration authorities.
•   Visa refusal, admission rejection, delay, or withdrawal by the applicant does not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

•   Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email from the registered email address used at the time of enrollment.
•   Once the application process, documentation, or communication with institutions has begun, cancellation will not entitle the applicant to any refund.
•   Pathbridge Consulting LLP reserves the right to cancel services if:
  • 1.   False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided by the applicant
  • 2.   Required documents or payments are not submitted within stipulated timelines
  • 3.   The applicant violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms

Force Majeure

•   Pathbridge Consulting LLP shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes, embassy closures, pandemics, natural disasters, war, or technical failures.
•   No refunds shall be applicable in such force majeure situations.
